THE CALL TO TRUE REPENTANCE AND SALVATION

True repentance is a complete reversal or change of mind and values. It is turning from going our own way to God’s way. Today, I humbly urge us to respond to God’s love by being transformed in your convictions and actions andputting away whatever dishonors our creator. Be humbled inwardly through the Spirit of God’s grace to be reformed outwardly.

“For Godly sorrow worketh repentance unto Salvation; a repentance which bringeth no regret, but the sorrow of the world worketh death” 2 CORINTHIANS 7:10

“I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance”. LUKE 5:32

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the LORD”. ACTS 3:19

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of JESUS CHRIST for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit”. ACTS 2:38

“And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God”. ROMANS 12:2
